How long will it take to process my order?
Every order is prepared by hand with the greatest care. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible—often even on the same day. The maximum processing time is up to 5 business days.
What materials is the jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is made from high-quality silver and carefully selected natural stones. Since natural stones are truly unique, color, structure, and grain may vary slightly.
Can natural stones look different?
Yes. Every natural stone is unique. Small differences in color, shape, or structure are entirely natural and make each piece of jewelry special.
May I wear the jewelry when showering or exercising?
We recommend removing jewelry before showering, bathing, swimming, sleeping, exercising, or visiting a sauna. This will keep it beautiful longer and better protect it from moisture and damage.
Why does silver sometimes tarnish?
Silver can oxidize through contact with air, moisture, perspiration, or sulfur compounds. This is a natural process and not a defect in quality. The dark tarnish can usually be removed with a suitable silver polishing cloth.
Is the jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?
Many people tolerate silver well. However, since every skin reacts differently, we cannot give a general guarantee. In case of known allergies, we recommend carefully checking the material specifications before purchasing.
How is the jewelry packaged?
Each piece of jewelry is carefully and lovingly packaged. The packaging is also ideal as a gift.
Can I return my order?
Yes, unworn jewelry can be returned within the specified return period. Please note that personalized or custom-made products may be excluded from exchange.
What do I do if my jewelry arrived damaged?
Please contact us immediately upon receipt of the delivery and send us a photo of the damaged item and the packaging. We will take care of a solution as quickly as possible.

What is your return and return shipping cost policy?
We voluntarily offer a 14-day return policy from the receipt of the goods. A return is only possible if the item is unworn, unused, undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging. Worn jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Please contact us by email at contact@kame-jewels.com before any return. Returns without prior contact cannot be accepted.
The customer bears the costs for the return. If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return costs or find a suitable solution together.
What are the rules for complaints during use?
Should a defect occur during use, please contact us as soon as possible via email at contact@kame-jewels.com. Please describe the defect and, if possible, send us photos of the piece of jewellery as well as proof of purchase.
We review each complaint individually. If there is a material or manufacturing defect, we will work together to find a suitable solution, such as repair, replacement, or refund.
Please note that normal wear and tear, oxidation of silver, discolouration due to contact with water, perfume, cosmetics, cleaning agents or sweat, as well as damage due to improper use, are not considered grounds for complaint.
