Refund policy
Under Swiss law, there is no general statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, we voluntarily offer our customers a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt of the goods.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or an order confirmation is also required.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent to us without prior notification cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was delivered.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order immediately after receiving it. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately at contact@kame-jewels.com so that we can review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
Exceptions to the return policy
For hygiene reasons, worn jewellery items cannot be returned.
Personalized products, custom-made items, gift cards, and reduced-price items are excluded from the return policy.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed automatically via the original payment method.
Please note that, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several days for the refund to become visible.
