1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Kamé Jewels.

By submitting an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

We sell jewellery items such as bracelets, anklets, necklaces and pendants.

We make every effort to display and describe all products as accurately as possible. Please note, however, that colours, sizes or details may vary slightly depending on the screen display.

As natural stones are used, colour, structure and shape may vary slightly. Each piece of jewellery may therefore have small natural differences.

3. Orders and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by e-mail.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious error in the price or product description, or if there is another important reason.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF).

The prices shown in the online shop apply at the time of the order. Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed during the ordering process.

Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online shop, for example credit card, TWINT or other available payment services.

Kamé Jewels is currently not subject to VAT. Therefore, the prices shown do not include Swiss VAT.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship within Switzerland using Swiss Post.

Delivery time is usually 3–4 business days after shipping confirmation.

Shipping is free for orders with a value of CHF 50 or more.

After shipment, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information, where available.

Delivery delays caused by Swiss Post or other circumstances beyond our control cannot be completely excluded.

6. Returns

Under Swiss law, there is no general statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, we voluntarily offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt of the goods.

A return is only possible if the item is:

unworn,
unused,
undamaged,
complete,
and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, worn jewellery items cannot be returned.

Returns sent without prior contact cannot be accepted.

7. Return shipping costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the item was delivered damaged, defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs or find an appropriate solution together.

Please keep the shipping receipt until we have confirmed receipt of your return.

8. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will inform you by e-mail whether the return has been accepted or rejected.

If the return is accepted, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Please note that, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several days for the refund to become visible.

9. Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order immediately after receipt.

If an item has been delivered damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If possible, please send us photos of the damaged or incorrect item so that we can review the case.

10. Exceptions to the return policy

The following items are excluded from the voluntary return policy:

worn jewellery items,
damaged or soiled items,
personalized products,
custom-made items,
gift cards,
reduced-price items, if stated on the product page.

11. Care instructions

Our jewellery items should be handled with care.

Please avoid contact with water, perfume, cosmetics, cleaning products and heavy sweat. Jewellery should be removed before showering, bathing, exercising or sleeping.

We accept no liability for damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.

12. Availability

All products are only available while stocks last.

If an ordered product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any amounts already paid.

13. Liability

We are only liable for direct damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Liability for mandatory statutory claims remains unaffected.

14. Data protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Intellectual property

All content on this website, in particular texts, images, logos, product photos, designs and graphics, belongs to Kamé Jewels or the respective rights holders.

Use, reproduction or distribution without our prior written consent is not permitted.

16. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The version published on our website at the time of the order shall apply.

17. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies.

The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of Kamé Jewels in Switzerland.
