Shipping policy
We ship our products within Switzerland using Swiss Post.
All orders are carefully packaged and are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time is normally 3–4 business days after the shipping confirmation.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the relevant tracking information, where available.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free for orders with a value of CHF 50 or more.
For orders below CHF 50, shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery area
We currently deliver within Switzerland.
If you would like to place an order from another country, please contact us in advance by e-mail.
Delivery delays
Delivery times may be delayed in exceptional cases, for example due to a high volume of orders, public holidays, weather conditions, or delays at Swiss Post.
We do not accept liability for delays that are outside our control.
Incorrect delivery address
Please make sure that your delivery address is correct and complete.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply for a new delivery.
